Jason S. Goldstein is Senior Litigation Counsel in the Mass Torts Department at Parker Waichman LLP, where he leverages his extensive experience handling complex multi-district litigation on behalf of plaintiffs. He has been appointed to key Plaintiffs’ Steering Committees (PSC), including for the MDLs involving GLP-1 receptor agonist drugs and the Exactech polyethylene orthopedic products liability litigation. He also played key roles the Elmiron products liability litigation. Mr. Goldstein was an integral member of multiple trial teams. He played key roles in DePuy Pinnacle hip implant MDL as well as Ingham, et al. v. Johnson & Johnson, et al., the talcum powder multi plaintiff trial venued in St. Louis, Missouri.
Mr. Goldstein is a 2011 graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University. He is licensed in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania and has focuses his practice on pharmaceutical and defective medical device mass-tort claims at both the federal and state level.
