Since 2000, Jeff Huff has founded and scaled four separate legal funding companies and served as a member or manager of numerous FINRA regulated funds for legal funding. In 2010, Jeff Huff and his team of lawyers and executives began scaling his vision of law firm funding nationally by servicing leading Mass Tort law firms providing capital to those firms for operations & portfolio expansion. In 2013 and after his team had worked with approximately four hundred mass tort lawyers, his prior company American Legal Funding, LLC was named one of the “Top Pick” U.S. law firm funding companies in the MDL- Mass Tort litigation niche. That lead to Jeff’s model expansion to American Legal Financial Services, LLC, American Law Firm Funding, LLC, American Plaintiff Funding, LLC and U.S Law Firm Funding Administration, LLC. In 2017 Jeff strategically divided his company interests whereby Jeff retained U.S. Law Firm Funding Administration LLC and formed American Law Firm Capital, LLC in order for his underwriting and servicing team to focus exclusively on Law Firm Funding with their capital partners.
Jeff has been an entrepreneur since 1978, sold two prior companies one of which was scaled to the largest in the United States in its niche with International sales & distribution. Jeff has served or chaired numerous public, private and industry boards, as well as been active in several charities.
