Kristina was born in Poughkeepsie, New York. She earned her Bachelors of Arts degree in French and Psychology from Butler University, cum laude.
In 2009, Kristina joined Hensley Legal Group (HLG) as a legal assistant in the Social Security department. Kristina progressed to becoming a Case Manager and a Non-Attorney Representative in HLG's Social Security Department. In 2013, Kristina joined HLG's Personal Injury litigation team. That same year she started law school at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. Kristina graduated from IU Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2017, magna cum laude.
Since 2017, Kristina has spearheaded HLG's Mass Torts Department. She is currently representing clients in the 3M Earplugs Multi-District Litigation, the Paragard Multi-District Litigation, the Paraquat Multi-District Litigation, and the Philips CPAP/BiPAP/Ventilator Multi-District Litigation. Kristina was recently appointed to the Philips CPAP/BiPAP/Ventilator MDL's Leadership Development Committee. Kristina also handles single event personal injury cases.
Kristina has always enjoyed helping people and looks forward to continuing to make a difference in the lives of HLG's clients.
