Levin Papantonio

Speaker Bio

Madison Mougey is an attorney at Levin Papantonio and focuses her practice on mass torts. She graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.

Ms. Mougey has worked on several litigation teams, including Suboxone Film, Tepezza, Infant Formula, Camp Lejeune, National Prescription Opiate Litigation, and securities matters. She is currently working on the Dupixent Products Liability Litigation and Insulin Pricing Litigation.

While in law school, Ms. Mougey was a distinguished member of the University of Denver’s National Trial Team, one of the top ten trial advocacy programs in the country. As a competing member, she was recognized for her advocacy skills and achieved multiple top placements in national trial competitions.
Ms. Mougey’s commitment to advocacy began long before law school and is rooted in her early leadership at Florida State University. As a two-term Student Senator representing more than 40,000 students, she authored and debated legislation focused on expanding access to essential resources on campus. In her senior year, she chaired one of FSU’s largest student-led organizations, directing campus-wide initiatives and managing a board of more than fifty members.
She believes that private rights of action remain one of the most powerful tools for accountability and meaningful change, ensuring individuals have the ability to challenge corporate misconduct and protect their communities.

In her free time, Ms. Mougey enjoys spending time with family and friends, seeing live music, and exploring the outdoors.
