Marlo Fischer is an associate attorney at Laminack, Pirtle & Martines, where she practices in several areas, including personal injury, product liability, and toxic torts, with a particular focus on mass tort litigation. Known for her meticulous approach to case management and her ability to navigate complex litigation, Marlo ensures that each client receives the justice they deserve.

A Texas native, Marlo earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Sam Houston State University before pursuing her Juris Doctor at South Texas College of Law. Her academic excellence earned her recognition as a Dean’s Scholar, and during law school, she had the unique opportunity to study under Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts at Charles University in Prague—an experience that broadened her understanding of the legal system.

Since entering the legal profession, Marlo has successfully managed high-volume case dockets, expertly handling cases from intake through resolution. Her leadership in mass tort litigation was recognized in 2022 when she was appointed to the Leadership Development Committee for MDL 2924. She is currently serving on the Plaintiffs’ Leadership Development Committee for In Re Suboxone Film Products Liability Litigation in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
