Pamela E. Perkins is a paralegal with the law firm of Hill, Peterson, Carper, Bee & Deitzler, PLLC, located in Charleton, West Virginia. She joined the firm in 2011 and serves as paralegal to James C. Peterson and Aaron L. Harrah. Pam graduated from West Virginia State College in 1983. Prior to joining the Hill Peterson firm, she worked with plaintiff firms in West Virginia and New Jersey that specialized in personal injury, medical malpractice and mass litigation matters. Over the course of the past 14 years, Pam has worked various Mass Tort litigations including, DePuy Hip, CT Scan, 3-M Ear Plugs, CPAP, Johnson & Johnson Talc Powder, Nexium, Zantac, Ozempic, Pradaxa, Xarelto, Zantac as well as Camp Lejeune Toxic Water. Since 2017, Pam has worked as a team paralegal for the National Consortium in the litigation In Re: National Prescription Opiate Litigation MDL 2804 pending in the Northern District of Ohio. Her duties have included preparing and filing initial Complaints, ShortForm Amended Complaints, Plaintiff Fact Sheets, and many other aspects of the litigation including client communication to and from the consortium’s 740 plus clients.
