It is strictly forbidden for an individual to access a webinar if he/she or any law firm member is associated with or working in any way connected to the defense of any case or case type that may be covered during the webinar. This schedule is subject to change.

CLE Credits (only available for litigation webinars)

MTMP Connect is actively applying for CLE credit in a select number of states for all litigation webinars. You will be able to apply for credits through self-submission. MTMP is not responsible for any fees associated with the filing or self-reporting process. Please visit the CLE section for more information.

Frequently Asked Questions

MTMP Connect webinars are the live internet webcast of the seminars as they are being presented. You will see and hear the seminar in real-time. You hear the presenter and see presentation materials such as PowerPoint Slides or videos projected to the audience. We encourage interactive webinars. You will be able to submit questions from the same live webinar platform page.

No, all MTMP Connect webinars are free.

All MTMP Connect webinars are live and most will not be recorded.

To obtain CLE credit you must log into the webinar platform on the computer, submit your login details, and remain engaged for the full event including the Question and Answer section. Certain states will require you to retain a four-digit code to verify attendance. These codes will be shared at two points during the webinar. Each participant seeking CLE credit will need to copy the codes down and hold on to them.

MTMP Connect will notify all participants via email when the approvals are received and the certificate of attendance is available for download. This process can take several weeks after the air date of the webinar. All attorneys requesting credit, except those from Georgia, Louisiana and South Carolina, will be responsible for submitting hours earned and any fees associated with that submission.

Please note: All participants will be emailed after the event once the approvals are received and certificates are available. If you have not heard from the MTMP Connect staff that means the course has not yet been approved.

MTMP is not responsible for any fees associated with the filing or self-reporting process.

For paralegals seeking verification of attendance, we will have a NALA Certificate of Attendance available for download one day after the webinar via email. You should be able to self-report your attendance with the certificate.

If you have any technical difficulties during the webinar, please click on the Chat box located in the bottom left of your screen, type your technical issue and our tech will respond.

To download the session materials during the webinar, please see the “Handouts” section at the bottom. Please note that most PPTs will not be available to download due to privileged content.

The webinar has a chat feature to allow you the opportunity to ask a question or make a comment. We encourage interactivity during each webinar. Questions will be read and answered as time is allowed.
