While the current state of the law does not exactly favor plaintiffs seeking to avoid being forced into arbitration, there are a variety of strategies that can be effective. This panel will discuss options for beating arbitration clauses and provide an update on pending legislation as well as changes in how the AAA is handling mass arbitrations.
