James Oldnall

James Oldnall is a commercial litigator specialising in claims against large institutional defendants.  James forged his career at a number of London's leading litigation houses before establishing Milberg London LLP earlier this year.  His practice covers data breaches (notably the landmark Court of Appeal judgment in Lloyd v Google), mis-selling and fraud claims, emissions claims and securities litigation.
