Kathleen Oddo

Ms. Oddo is responsible for planning, directing, and supervising the policy and operational components of VA's national revenue and debt programs. The Revenue Law Group (RLG) is one of OGC's largest offices, and recovers tens of millions of dollars each year in support of Veterans health care and Veteran's individual cases against responsible third parties. Working primarily with the Office of Community Care's revenue divisions and the Debt Management Center, Ms. Oddo provides a wide range of legal services in connection with reimbursable health insurance, as well as representation of VA in employee debt appeals, bankruptcy, and probate matters. Ms. Oddo began her VA career over 26 years ago as an employment and labor law attorney with OGC. She is a member of the Virginia State Bar and Local Bar Associations.
