The JPML Panel is set to reconsider centralizing civil litigation involving human trafficking survivors and hotel brands. At a time when litigation involving sexual abuse and exploitation is being litigated across the country in many different areas of practice (e.g. Ride Share; Universities; Social Media, etc), it is critical that attorneys and others considering work in this practice field understand the unique and trauma informed considerations that must be made when investigating these claims. Join us for an informative session led by attorney Lauren Hersh, Founder and National Director of World Without Exploitation.
